Our Banana 'No Drama' Pancakes are the perfect solution for a relaxing weekend breakfast, especially when you have ripe bananas on the verge of being tossed out. This delightful recipe makes three pancakes for one serving, ensuring a filling and delicious meal without the fuss or the food waste.

Ingredients:


- 2 ripe bananas (the blacker, the better!)

- 1 medium egg

- 3 tbsp flour

- 40ml semi-skimmed milk


Instructions:

 

1. Prep the bananas: Peel and mash the bananas into a mixing bowl.

2. Combine the ingredients: Add the egg and mix well, followed by the flour. Stir in the milk to achieve a nice, thick batter consistency.

3. Heat the pan: Spray your frying pan with 1 cal spray and let it get hot.

4. Cook the pancakes: Using a ladle, add a spoonful of the mixture to the pan. Let it cook undisturbed until the top is nearly dry—this indicates it's time to flip!

5. Flip and finish: Flip the pancake and cook for about a minute until the other side is browned.

6. Serve and enjoy: Use a spatula to lift the pancake onto a plate and repeat until your batter is gone. You’ll end up with a beautiful golden stack of pancakes ready to be enjoyed.
